From training sessions, like attending the 18th annual APWA Snow and Ice conference where we shared best practices, to deep dives into our successes — like winning Chicago’s 101 Best and Brightest Companies to work for in 2016, our second year in a row or when we were asked to serve on a panel for up and coming small businesses for Crain’s Chicago Business. And our areas of improvement— like adding more environmentally-friendly products to our arsenal or by monitoring our competition and guaranteeing we are offering the most for your hard-earned dollar.
Whatever we are examining and providing to the community, we are relentless about developing ways to improve.
As stated in our name Tovar Snow professionals, we are professional in our approach and examination of improvement. We are always working, always striving and always ready.
